Reservation Guidelines:
Booking may be accepted up to the time of departure on most airlines.
For reservations or rate quotes please call Pyxism, Inc at 877-745-9566 (US & Canada) or +1-214-431-3698 to book. Late booking fees will apply.
All tickets will be issued in electronic format except in the cases where a specific airline does not support e-tickets.
Paper tickets requested by the passenger will incur an additional cost.
Fare Guarantees:
Fares are guaranteed at time of booking only when accompanied by a valid credit card payment. In the event of a credit card transaction being declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received by Pyxism, Inc. Fares booked and paid by check will be guaranteed only upon receipt of funds in our office.
Fares that are booked on the last day to ticket, must be submitted by 3:00 PM Central time.Pyxism, Inc may rebook certain itineraries due to routing problems or schedule changes. The new itinerary will be emailed to the booking agent.
All changes to payment information must immediately be called directly to Pyxism, Inc.
Payment:

- * Debit cards can not be used.
Checks Payment:
With check payment reservations will be held for 7 days, if payment is not received the reservation will be cancelled.
We do not accept third party credit cards.
Shipping & Delivery:
Pyxism, Inc charges $12.00 for DHL/UPS two day delivery or $16 next day. Saturday delivery charges are additional but may not be available at all locations.
Tickets will be mailed within (1) one business day after the reservations is booked when a valid form of payment has been received.
Payments received after 3:00 PM Central Time will not be processed until the next business day.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellations:
Cancellation penalties or fees apply to all canceled bookings. Penalties will also be listed in the confirmation email you receive after completing the booking. All penalties listed are per ticket.
Refunds:
Once tickets are returned to Pyxism, Inc, a standard period of two to four weeks is required to process refunds. All tickets returned for refund must also have the commission amount returned to Pyxism, Inc. Failure to return the commission check will delay the refund process. The refund process will not commence until commission recall is in our office.
Passenger Names / Name Changes:
All passenger names must be exactly as listed on the passenger's passport. Name changes are not permitted. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting a booking for ticketing. Pyxism, Inc is not responsible for fees imposed by carriers for the reissue of tickets due to incorrect information or to correct spelling errors. It is the responsibility of the retail or sub-agent to ensure the accuracy of information supplied. To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengers' names and ages be matched and double-checked against the traveler’s passport information at the time of booking.
Frequent Flyer/Special Meal or Seating Requests Schedule Changes:
Once booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, or to arrange seating. It is the responsibility of the passenger to confirm the times of the flights which have been booked at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure.
Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of the retail agent and passenger to ensure valid passport and entry visas are obtained for all destinations. Please contact the US Government web site to determine the validity of any travel warnings or restrictions.
